Von mir angebotene Einzeltrainings in Innenweltsurfen® (Sessions) sind keine heilkundliche Behandlung, sondern Unterricht und Training in eigener eigenverantwortlicher Veränderungs- und Integrationsarbeit auf den naturwissenschaftlichen Grundlagen der Psychobionik.

Ich habe keine medizinische Ausbildung. Daher stelle ich keine Diagnosen und biete keine direkte Heilung oder Linderung von Krankheiten an. Meine Begleitung und Anleitung ersetzt nicht den Besuch bei einem Arzt, Heilpraktiker oder Psychotherapeuten. Im Bedarfsfall einen Arzt, Heilpraktiker oder Psychotherapeuten aufzusuchen, liegt in der Eigenverantwortung des Klienten. Mein Angebot besteht nicht in einer Behandlung, sondern in einer Anleitung zur Hintergrundaufdeckung und -bearbeitung zu allen Lebensthemen.

Die Psychobionik 3.0 ist gemäß der bestehenden Rechtslage (2012) eine Heilmethode. Der Psychobionik-Coach unterrichtet diese Methode. Er bietet seine Dienstleistung als Ausbildung (und erlebnisorientierte Selbsterfahrung) für gesunde und kranke Menschen gleichermaßen an. Psychobioniker berufen sich bei der Anleitung ihrer Klienten auf Artikel 5 GG (Freiheit von Forschung und Lehre). Lehre und Forschung unterliegen nicht dem HP-Gesetz, da keine direkte Heilung angeboten wird.

Damit wird Selbstheilung zu einem selbstverantwortlichen Geschehen, indem der Klient die volle Verantwortung für sich, sein Leben und seine ganzheitliche Heilung trägt.
